Saving Money Saving Lives is a group of private citizens who tried and failed many many times to quit smoking!!! having found the electric cigarette all of us have now succeeded in quitting smoking completely!!
Most important to me is that I get to keep on doing something I really enjoy without having to sacrifice my life to do it!!!!
Although at first it seemed expensive to start with if you look at the annual savings our group saved between £1000.00 and £2000.00 per year its very cheap! We also started looking for cheaper reliable products and have managed to cut costs by about 65% our first starter kits cost £60.00-£80.00 without any E-liqiud! today we pay anything from £20-£50 with E-liquid!
We decided we wanted to help all those other people like ourselves who had sincerely tried and tried but to no avail, so we set our own Community Interest Company (not for profit) called “No More Fags” working alongside the NHS ” pack in the fags” campaign to combat the huge smoking problem and its impact on the population.
Whilst NRT therapies are still the preferred method by the government and pharmaceutical industries electronic cigarettes are a proven a viable alternative for people who have repeatedly failed in previous attempts with professional cessation treatments and given up hope of ever being able to quit for any length of time. Research carried out by Etter J F Butler C on electronic cigarettes states that 80% who tried the electronic cigarette had completely quit smoking traditional cigarettes entirely whilst some had reduced their nicotine levels to zero. They also state that use of the electronic cigarette reduces the health risk to less than 1% which has to be a huge benefit to the individual, family and employers who are interested in the well being of their employees.
There are many other benefits to the individual as well as health, saving money and the right to smoke anywhere!! Non of the 4000 known poisons i had been polluting my body with for the last 38 years,no tar,no ash,no smell, no fire risk,no second hand smoke and my favourite no children or family members or doctors lecturing me on quitting smoking!!!
The electronic cigarette is a battery operated device which produces an inhalable water based vapour. The battery heats up the atomiser located within the device which then heats the e- liquid containing nicotine and propylene glycerol(GRAS- generally recognised as safe) and food flavouring producing the vapour.
